[Resolved] IFB Industries — No response to register complaint

I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine front load. when i got transferred from one state to another, i called the IFB service center a number of times to register for re-installation of the washing machine. i waited every day and called again. each time the executive confirmed that the service engineer would arrive the next day. I raised a complaint regarding ifb diva washing machine since 13 Jan 2017 but no any response found same thing mail again & again but such a third class service from ifb .no more aspects from such company I will never buy any products from ifb.its door opener handle knob is broken to be replace /repair the same.
