[Resolved] IFB Industries — No response to the complaint

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the Complaint made by us in connection with the non functioning of our washing machine under the Company name of IFB Washing machine.

Our complaint Numbers are .-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. which was provided to us by the company customer care.On several occasions we contacted their toll free / customer care number from the date of our original complaint lodged on 21st of March 2016.

Note:Not only the poor response shown on a customer we wish to register here that a reply from the service department that our service will be only like this and you can do whatever you want to do.

Their reasons stating that the spare parts not available and financial year end account closing works have all been digested by us from 21st March, 2016. Mostly 22 days have been lapsed and even till date and time no positive step has been initiated.

so please help us to rectify the problem.we expect a good thing to happen.

first of all thanks to consumer complaints.in. it is absolute worth that i submit a complaint in your forum and the problem has been resolved.They call and give their ticket for accepting the complaint and immediately today they came and attend the washing machine and the problem solved. once again i thank the consumer complaints.in thank you so much. I personally recommend this to the people who are suffering from these kind of problems.consumer complaints.in is a powerful tool to solve all your consumer problems.
