[Resolved] IFB Industries — no service being provided despite several chasers. worst service

I am truly disappointed with the service being provided. It's been a week since i raised a complaint and no action was taken. When asked to connect to a supervisor, the staffs are not willing to connect.. I thought all customers are treated same and fair and here i am seeing a difference.. How many times to chase for a service and despite when we still have guarantee and have also paid the maintainence fee.
