[Resolved] IFB Industries — No use of warranty service. Microwave touchpad stopped working | |||
I have purchased IFB microwave a year back. IFB official came to give demo.. they pushed me to take two year warranty program to be safe side.. one year later touch pad stopped working.. initially few keys and then 4-5 keys stopped working. i raised an complaint (ticket- [protected]). service center guy came and directly told whole touch pad need to be replaced( that too not in stock). he said it will be 800 cost for you as this is an external part.. what the hell is external part ???at the time of giving warranty they told all parts will be covered. touch pad is with microwave its not outside of microwave.. my feeling is IFB uses very defective peace of part which will stop working in few month...
