[Resolved] IFB Industries — Non attendance to complaint | |||
I have filed a complaint regarding my ifb top loading Washing machine in warranty due to repeated failures and on not working. Complaint was filed on 04 April. Job has not been done till date. It was informed by the technician that some of the spares needed are awaited from head office. Repeated requests for status to customer care number on 12 Apr, 14 Apr and today 18 Apr not heeded.
