[Resolved] IFB Industries — Non attending the complaint | |||||
My IFB washing machine has developed snag. I lodged a complaint with IFB service centre TICKET NO. [protected]. The technician called over phone that he was coming and since I was in market, I requested him to come in the evening or next day but he promised to come but he closed the complaint. I again lodged a complaint Ticket No. [protected]. Two technician have come and every body promised to come next day with material but no body is coming. Was this information helpful? | |||||
