[Resolved] IFB Industries — non responsive customer care support | |||
I had purchased a fully automatic front loading washing machine from Ifb. While unpacking that machine, I noticed that the display sticker in the front was not properly placed and was falling out of the machine panel. I talked to the dealer and also reported the same to the customer care of if. About this issue. They said that someone from the dealer side or the Ifb company will come to my house to check the issue. But no one has turned up so far to address my complaint. The customer care and the Ifb representatives are also non responseive to my calls. If that’s the situation with a reputed appliance company like Ifb. Then I would prefer discontinuing their services from now on and discourage other people as well who are looking up to this brand as a choice for their home appliance.
