[Resolved] IFB Industries — Not attended to my compliant... Till date | |||
My appliance is IFB washing machine. I raised my compliant on[protected], because I am facing some functional problems with my washing machine. Raised the compliant through the customer care toll free no.[protected]. And the compliant / ticket no. is 16330869. Out of the FOUR problems, I raised on that day: they have rectified just ONE & left the remaining THREE. For the completion of the balance 3 problems, I am calling them over phone every day, but till date no use. When I contact 'A', he gives the reference of 'B' and prefers to wash his hands. From 'B' to 'C'... and it going endlessly. I am not been able to understand, what I has to do now for my problem rectification ???? IFB is the worst agency as for as the servicing is concerned. With toady's rectification episode, I understood that the technicians: who visited previously to address my washing machine issues are less effective AND lacking in knowledge. I hope IFB would take my feedback positively...
