[Resolved]  IFB Industries — overcharging - rs 590 charged as service charge for one visit instead of rs 354

Ifb personal visited my home in connection with a service complaint of a microwave on 2/11/19, the receipt of which is attached herewith for your reference. Service charge of rs 590 was paid to him for a single visit which he acknowledged vide job number [protected] dated 2/11/2019, issued in the name of shivani gupta on a receipt bearing ifb industries limited, khata no. 628/693, khasra no. 13/17/2, hadbast no.234, village - pabhat, tehsil - derabassi, mohali (Punjab)-140603. But a mail received from ifb on 5/11/19 shows this amount as rs 354. The mail is as under-

Ticket no. [protected] has been closed with the below transactions.

Service charge of rs. 354.00 against invoice-cum-receipt no. [protected].
Spare (S), worth rs. 0.00.
Accessories/essentials, worth rs. 0.00.
