[Resolved]  IFB Industries — pathetic service by chalakudy service center

I had raised complaint against ticket number [protected] for flood affected washing machine on 03.09.2018
Complaint was referred to chalakudy service centre. Since then i am calling service centre daily to get my washing machine serviced.
After repeated calls to service centre, technician attended machine after 3 weeks.
Now the machine again not starting and raised complaint again on 08.10.2018.

When call service centre, office only give false promises to attend next day. More than a week gone by, and no service received till date.

I am hereby raising complaint to take necessary action against this centre for willful false promises

I ordered dishwasher detergents and one cut out (Mcb) from www.ifbappliances.com up to now I didn’t get any tracking information from the ifb .it has been three days till now I didn’t get any status of my order
