My machine is not working good as the technician who came to check from IFB informed that the drum and the board needs to be changed as its been a long time and the electric board is also not working fine, so i informed them to log my complaint for the same and the complaint is been filed in the month of July.
Till today they haven't taken any action on this and today after 3 months when i called them they informed me that the complaint is been closed without any confirmation from the customer.
upon asking why they have closed the complaint they informed to register a new complaint.
i have been trying to contact them from past 3 months and still my issue is not been fixed they keep on saying that the next week they will be replacing the part or the part is not available and it takes time to order the parts to arrive. upon asking does it takes 4 months to the parts to arrive ?
they told it takes time so we have billed the part but it need time to arrive.
i have called the customer care number several times and even the supervisor have given me false promises that the issue will be resolved the next day but then again no one follows up to the issue and again customer has to call the IFB customer care executive again to know the status
they keep on postponing the next week and week and now its been 4 months, where i have lost my patience on this .

Complaint marked as Resolved after the complaint is been raised, they immediately contacted me for the issue and placed the parts on time.
as i need to wait for 3 months for the service, they have told for increasing the 3 months AMC
till now i haven't got conformation letter for the 3 months AMC extension
but the issue is been resolved and the parts are been replaced .
IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
