Last 3 months my ifb macine is out of order no techinecian repair properly. So my experience of ifb is very bed service. And i call custmor call center they only registerd my complained. Then no reply for him. Local ifb repair center is not come urgently. I am suffered from three month to my machine out of ourder. So pl. Take my machine free of cost. Bogus item give to me by ifb.

    Dear sir/madam plz note i had purchased ifb trolley for my 8 kg washing machine aqua senator its not been a year it has started cracking n im afraid will cause damage to my machine i have requested for replacement but seems the co is more interested in selling its sub standard product rather than taking care of its customers n there satisfaction. This incidence had caused disappointment n i really feel i made a mistake by buying ifb trolley in place of local trolley. Kindly help to get justice.

      Its just 2 years since i bought the oven and it has been malfunctioned twice. First time it was a fuse burn just after 1 year 2 months (Dec 2017) and now its the pcb which is burnt due to power cut. I am not sure how its manufactured if the main board switch is on and power went down, how it will burn the pcb.. Is it vry low quality? I have already spent around 2.5k first time when the fuse got burnt. Now again pcb is burnt and they are charging 3500 for this. I am not going to do this.

        I purchased a microwave oven 4 months back. Now i need a service which is under warranty due to some issues in the product for which i raised a ticket almost a month back but till now the issue is not resolved. Every week i used to call them they only give assurances and they don’t even bother to call back. I have one more product from lg and they are giving on time service at same place.

        Yesterday again I called IFB customer care, they gave two numbers - [protected], [protected] to contact, but there was no one to receive the call. This is not the first time, in this month this has been second time, and a year back for my IFB Washing Machine same thing happened. This has been a repeated experience. Truly speaking, I have never expected from IFB such behavior and when I ask your customer care, they say they can do nothing and give contact numbers which are never reachable.
        A request if this is not getting resolved, please arrange some one who can take the product back, no need to pay me even because I cannot afford more such experiences. I have lost faith in IFB already.

          I have purchased a microwave of 23 ltr from flipkart in 3rd week of august 2018. I am regularly making a call to call centre but no one is responding to it as i want my first demo. I am unhappy with your services. The centre executive has even send false report to your company and closed my complaint file.
          So please extend my warranty period and provide demo facilites for this purchased

            My machine is not working good as the technician who came to check from IFB informed that the drum and the board needs to be changed as its been a long time and the electric board is also not working fine, so i informed them to log my complaint for the same and the complaint is been filed in the month of July.

            Till today they haven't taken any action on this and today after 3 months when i called them they informed me that the complaint is been closed without any confirmation from the customer.
            upon asking why they have closed the complaint they informed to register a new complaint.

            i have been trying to contact them from past 3 months and still my issue is not been fixed they keep on saying that the next week they will be replacing the part or the part is not available and it takes time to order the parts to arrive. upon asking does it takes 4 months to the parts to arrive ?
            they told it takes time so we have billed the part but it need time to arrive.
            i have called the customer care number several times and even the supervisor have given me false promises that the issue will be resolved the next day but then again no one follows up to the issue and again customer has to call the IFB customer care executive again to know the status

            they keep on postponing the next week and week and now its been 4 months, where i have lost my patience on this .

            after the complaint is been raised, they immediately contacted me for the issue and placed the parts on time. as i need to wait for 3 months for the service, they have told for increasing the 3 months AMC till now i haven't got conformation letter for the 3 months AMC extension but the issue is been resolved and the parts are been replaced .

                In continuation to my last complaint which is still not resolved.

                As per your engineer he was supposed to send senior person and senior person gave another root cause.

                1st they gave root cause as monsoon.
                2nd they said high voltage is the issue.
                3rd they said hard water is causing this issue.

                Now machine is tripping my power in 5 min of operation and it does not looks to be any of the above issues.

                Your technicians are just giving wrong information to you, ifb needs to open their support to customer and do deep dive in the issue. This issue is happening to very new washing machine and this infer ifb selling sub standard products online. Can ifb send some sensible technician to resolve the problem.

                Thanks for sending someone from your Factory. But unfortunately when i used it second time it tripped my RCCB in 2 mins of operation. So issue is not resolved yet.

                  I bought ifb washing machine on 28 aug 2018, it started giving problem from first day of installation. The service center executive (Rahul) who installed it was more of a salesman then a technician as he was trying to sell lot of things. When he stopped taking our calls we registered a complaint to ifb service center on 18 sep, 24 sep, 25 sep, 26 sep, 30 sep, 1 oct and 4 oct 2018. Complaint reference number is [protected]. I am writing here to not repair or replace with other ifb machine, i am writing here so that ifb just picks there machine from here and i get some other brand from the seller. It was a terrible experience with ifb in india i just want to end it here.

                    My IFB washing machine, model ELena SX, stopped working on the 27th of September 2018, after which I informed IFB customer care (Goa) of the same. The next day, an IFB technician was sent to inspect the Washing Machine and he diagnosed the problem as MCU card failure. Subsequently a new one was procured and fitted by him on the 29th September 2018. The very same day after repair the Washing Machine broke down again. After many calls to both customer care (Goa) and the technician, he finally visited again only on 4th of October 2018. This time we were told that the Motor was weak and it may not last for 1 week. The machine again stopped working on the 5th October 2015, and we raised a complaint with customer care. After repeated requests no answers were forth coming. After speaking to the area sales manager, a senior technician was sent to inspect the washing machine. He clearly stated that the motor was at fault and not the MCU card.
                    So basically the IFB technicians are practising their trade at the customers expense. When asked for a refund of the same, they say its not in their policy. They have not made any alternative attempts to fix the same.
                    This is clearly a case of deficiency in services and i demand for a refund of the wrongly changed part. Failing which I intend to approach the Consumer Forum to seek appropriate action.

[protected] after we called an ifb service guy to whether the shock absorber is fine and he said he will replace the shock absorber in 2 days but after he checked andwent the door won't lock and door lock error is showing. I called the service several times but there is no proper response. Service has become worst in ifb. No proper response to the customers. Careless service guy makes problems when solving one problem

                          I have purchased ifb top load washing machine in mar 2016. They gave 2 years warranty period ie up to mar 2018.in the above period, nobody called from ifb for free servicing. My self two times tried to contact customer care, i could not get the call. Then meantime my busy work schedule i forgot to call them again. Recently i have booked complaint (Ie after the warranty period) for general servicing of the machine. I requested ifb since you have not done the free servicing of my washing machine for the past two years, this service should be done on free of cost. But they didn't agree. Further, they have sent the service personnel for servicing. They came and took only 15 minutes and charged 840 rupees without replacing any parts (2 nos drum washing powder only used). I argued with the service personnel just spending 15 minutes and getting rs 840 is like a cheating. He didn't agree and replied that they cant do anything on that. Further, i have communicated to customer care also, they also replied that the same manner and replied that in warranty period you have not contacted ie is your mistake like that they replied. I fed up with ifb. Even many times this complaint raised but they replied that it is resolved. Here also people are not posting correct information. This problem still not resolved. Hence ifb has to refund rs 840 immediately.

                            I was having some problem with my washing machine and when i was washing my clothes, i found some "black iron particles" in my clothes which might be due to cleanness of the machine. So i registered a complaint by calling the customer care number. The next day service boy came and he just cleaned the inside body of the machine by a dry cloth and he repeatedly insisted to change the filter guard for the water and he changed it and charged inr 155/- extra for the same. For cleaning the machine inr 590/- was charged.

                            I have few problems here.

                            1. Do you charge inr 590/- for this kind of worst service provided to your customers? To clean the inside body by a dry cloth - i can do it by myself we don't need a service guy for this and i demand a refund for this. Because i am not at all happy with the service provided.

                            2. Representatives seating across your customer care number don't even understand the actual problem and they just blindly logged a complaint for a general service. What does general service means for you? We even asked the guy to clean it with the liquid solution they carry, but he insisted that is not included in this service and that is extra cost.

                            3. Rather than concentrating on the actual problem, service guy insisted us to change the filter guard and he charged inr 155/- extra. But when i receive a sms from customer care, it is mentioned that "no spares were replaced". How is it possible?

                                We had asked for a check of our appliance on 13-09-18 and the people from ifb came and examined the product. They said that some pv needs to be changed. Nobody turned up again and neither was any there any response over anything. On further enquiry they gave lame excuses and started looping us with random contacts that we needed to get in touch with.

                                  We have ifb senorita aqua 6.5 kg it is showing taco error from 2days technician says bearing and bracket needs to be replaced and says it doesn't comes under 10 years spare support and is costing around 7.5k, can you please help it with company support. We recently got pcb changed which costed around 7.5 k even then they said it will not come under 10 years spare support, what will come under 10years spare support if nothing comes under it...

                                  We had bought ifb front load washing machine senorita sx from athithan furniture & electronics in redhills during august month 2013. Firstly, we have a services for ifb in aces home appliances later after demerge. We has a service for ifb washing machine in global solution service centre located at tiruvallur. Since we registered amc for the duration 30/08/2017 - 29/08/2019. Now, we found there is no services from global solution service centre end. We are facing problem with non functioning machine since 26/09/2018. Though we made several complaints. No one turned up to look after the issues. Whenever we made a complaints. As usual, only cordial responses will receive from customer executives. Then after the technician from global solution service centre visit to our pin code address will have the same response by "oral in direct". I have ever visited such worst services. Kindly process with action. Note: ifb always has a trusted brand but these kind of service center like global solutions service center are spoiling the company brand.

                                    The machine initially worked well however it started malfunctioning. Complaints booked initially were attended but without any success but later even the company stopped attending complaints and despite apprising the managers and other senior officials no action has been taken by the IFB...

                                      My washing machine is down for more than 1 month. I have lodged the complaint through customer care. Technician visited after lot of follow-up and stated that the pcb needs to be replaced. I took little time because the rates offered were very high. As no other option was available, i was forced to ask ifb nasik service centre. Almost 10 days got over and till date no confirmation on receipt of pcb. Upon checking with the service centre (10+ calls made) always they say that the company is not providing the parts on time and they do not have any control on it.

                                      If the customers are being treated this way.. I do not know, whether we should continue to use this machine or scrap it. Also they have a firm stand to buy the spares from them with added service charges of rs. 600 plus the spare part charges, even if the spare cost is rs. 200. Do not understand their logic and also do not understand if such policy exists then why they cannot equip their authorised service centre with all spare parts?
