Dear sir/madam,
I, alok yadav facing problem in maintenance/servicing of washing machine. I have initiated complaint on september 24, 2018 having ticket no. [protected]. The very next day technician arrived from swastik enterprises panvel, navi mumbai. Technician "pramod shinde" was unprofessional as well as rude in communication with my wife. He dismantled washing machine and left all the things in kitchen.
After that, i have communicated several times to customer care, even not getting technician to resolve problem. On october 06, 2018 again complaint was reinitiate having ticket no. [protected]. Technician could not visited till today.
Today, on october 16, 2018 i have got message for one more ticket no. [protected].
I am only getting assurance from customer service to accelerate the issue for fast resolution. We are facing severe problem from last 22 days.
Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.

[protected] & [protected], I have received a message in evening nearly at 09:00 pm and 06:15 pm respectively, that complain is pending due to customer appoinment / re-scheduled. However, technician called and did not visited. All these are happening with involvement & support of Swastik enterprises, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. Without, his support these things can not be possible.

It has been pathetic just to wait for simple maintenance. Is this a Pandora box? It has completed 1 month. Technician is not visited after initial visit on October 24, 2018.
As a customer, I have been begging from last 1 month for maintenance. I don't know, whether I have taken machine just to see or to wash clothes also. I have spent RS. 26000 and this is in warranty period.

Updated by alok151984 There were no issue of rodents. It was a false information from technician. I, myself has to rectify the issue. Your technician has visited just to assemble the parts.
I required compensation for mental harassment of one month and strong action against technician and his company.
We raised a service request complaint for IFB washing machine almost 15 days back. After vigorous follow up for 3 days service engineer has come and went saying that he will come with replacement part. After that no update, whenever we call they just next day they will come. Most of the they won't answer calls.
