IFB Industries — pathetic service by ifb washing machine and their engineers

I have taken IFB Elena 6kg Front load in July 2014 and ever since then I am facing a lot of problems with this machine.
My clothes are being torn. Literally there are holes bieng created on my clothes. I have logged complaints several times, IFB engineers have come several times
and changed something or the other but there seems to be no improvement.
I suppose there will be no improvment since your product itself is faulty and useless.
Your quality team and engineer last visited on 2 March 18. Prior to this there have been several enginers who have come and changed something or the other to fix this problem for the last 3 years but are not successful till date.
I have spoken to Miss Vandana and she has no reply to my query. All she has to say is that she has informed her boss Mr. Kunal Gupta (Branch Manager)
This Manager does not have the courtesy to call and respond to customers complaint nor does he picks up customers call.
I have also spoken to Mr shailesh who seems to be the service Manager. This man needs to be trained first how to speak with customer. He has no customer etiquetts.He speaks very rudely and harshly and to add to it, he says you are using low quality material.
For your kind information we use branded clothes and even low quality clothes if put any simple washing machine also she not tear by holes in them.
He says no customer has this problem only you have, so is this my problem or your product problem.
I told the quality person who came to my house on 2/3/18 that the STEAM option has some problem, since I use the same only. To that the quality executive Mrs Sharada and Mr. Chari said that please dont use the team option use HOT option.
Then why have I brought this machine????
With all this frustration I spoke to your call center and spoke to Miss Suman (floor incharge) and I found her very efficient in her work (ONLY PERSON IN IFB WHO IS EFFECIENT).
This girl promised that she will call back and followed up with the same since she was sensitive to my complaint.
Must Aprreciate Miss suman for the same.
REST OF THE ENTIRE IFB TEAM IS USELESS AND HOPELESS INCLUDING MR. SHAILESH, MR. KUNAL GUPTA AND MISS VANDANA. I AM FIGHTING FOR MY MACHINE FOR THE PAST 3.5 YEARS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CALL LOG FOR THE SAME . PRIOR TO THIS I HAVE COMPLAINED ON 23/8/17, WHEREIN THE TECHNICIAN CAME REMOVED THE IFB STAND AND WENT BACK AND STILL TEHRE IS NO SOLUTION TO IT.

I AM REALLY FED UP AND NOW WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY AND I WILL BUY A NEW WASHING MACHINE AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IFB WASHING MACHINE.
I WILL ALSO REGISTER THE SAME ON FACE BOOK AND CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE FORUM.
