I raised a complaint over 6 months ago about their service during amc, followed up with their customer support but of no use. Despite several follow ups, their bangalore service center is irresponsible to call up and know the issue. Every time i call the customer support, they keep telling me that the service manager in bangalore is notified and he would call me but of no use. The service engineer comes to sell their way powder and liquids but not for service during amc. I have been complaining about my machine making noise and wobbles a lot during end of washing cycle. The service engineer found no issue during amc and as soon as the amc was over for the same issue, he quoted 5k+ for repair the moment i disagreed to renew the amc. Their intention is to force customers to take amc, do nothing during amc but come for service every 4months to sell washing powder and liquids. If you don't take amc, they charge pretty high for repair but they don't rectify the same issue during amc.
