[Resolved] IFB Industries — Poor after sale service

My IFB washing machine model number TL 65 RDS power button PCB got damaged. I have registered complaint with toll free number after which service engineer visited and told that he will order new PCB for replacement which will take 5 working days but two weeks have already passed and customer care people making only excuses, telling PCB will be transported from goa and your machine is too old so parts are not available, you do not have invoice ( who keeps 7 yr old machine invoice in locker)...these are silly excuses customer care people are making ...their service is pathetic..Iooking ahead to go to consumer forum
