Sir i have complainted so many times but my complaint not solve till today for the past one month by your customer service also i have made a complaint and since 20 times i have called your toll free number he is told ok but not completed repair my washing machine. my complaint numbers [protected], [protected] and other numbers also there. So I request u sir please response my complaint and I have also called Murugan, and jagan these people also not responded. so please respond immediatly. I bought my washing machine few months back only.very worst product and customer service

Still my issue got not resolved. daily
I am calling local vendor but no response from them. None of the service engineer responding promptly. Very worst service.
My first complaint dated 5th March 2016 almost a month gone without resolution of my problem, daily I am calling customer care to follow up about my complaint and registering new complaint for the same issue. Registered complaints auto closed without the proper resolution
