I want to know when you will attend the same?
How many times we need to call and mention the same issue with your customer care center and to the concerned service engineer.
For last 2 to 3 days he is saying will come sooner and making us wait and finally not turning up, wasting our time. who account for all this??
IS THIS THE WAY ITS BEEN HANDLED WITH CUSTOMERS!!!
WHO ACCOUNT FOR THE FAULTY MACHINE WHICH WE REPORTED
I AM FORCED TO SAY ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WHICH I EVER ENCOUNTERED.
I think when we bought IFB machine we enter in a contract for proper maintenance and service.
Hope the concerned understands the seriousness.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Good day!
Last time while attending the maintenance of the machine by your service agents the instrument was opened and in the due course some screws were found rusted and the door got misaligned since not replaced. It was informed to my mother that it will be attended.
Currently, water is leaking through the doors and it needs immediate attention please do attend the same at the earliest.
