[Resolved] IFB Industries — Poor irresponsible response on new installation and demo

Recently purchased a washing machine (Senorita Aqua SX 6.5) and a microwave oven (30SC4). Installation and demo request for washing machine just satisfactory. Installation and demo request for microwave oven not attended to till date. Ticket no. [protected] dated 05/03/2016 closed unilaterally (suo moto). New ticket no. [protected] dated 11/03/2016. IFB call centre keeps giving false promises each day. Local area manager Mr. Rudresh [protected] hands over to Mr. Vijay [protected], local service engineer. In spite of so many calls each day since 5 march the microwave oven lying unutilised. A global company of IFB should have a one-stop solution in providing customer care after self-service, which is presently blinded by it's poor irresponsible service relations. Request fixed responsibility for loss of confidence of customer and take immediate necessary remedial action.
