[Resolved] IFB Industries — poor service for dishwasher | |
I have been using an ifb dishwasher for several years. I had a breakdown on 12th aug and registered a service request. The technician visited on 14th and said the switch was faulty. He came back with the switch two days later and after changing said the original switch was okay and the wiring harness needs to be replaced. I was annoyed that the problem couldn't be identified in the first visit and mentioned so. When asked what if the harness replacement doesn't solve the problem then he said he will replace the pcb and whatever components needed till the machine is working. Anyway i agreed to have the harness replaced and am still waiting for it. Its been 2 weeks and the machine is still not working. Such poor service. I expected much more from ifb.
