I have been using ifb front load washing machine for the past 5, recently machine stopped working, i. E., drum stopped rotating and raised a complaint through customer care. (Complaint ticket no: [protected])
A technician from smv services attended the problem on 18th dec 2018 and diagnosed as motor failure and replaced the motor. The machine was running fone day and the very next day the again the machine stopped working.
He could not resolve the issue during his second visit, the customer care also doesn't respond properly.
Also the technician has taken the old motor without our permission and resist to give it back, it appears that unnecessarily the motor has been replaced without finding the root cause and we have been charged 6310 inr for motor replacement and other service charges. Still the machine is useless.
