[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Problem with the washing machine drum

I bought an ifb washing machine ELENA, it was told to me that there is rodent protection mat below the frame base which would avoid rats from penetrating the machine.To my horror i found rats have penetrated into the machine from the base of the machine ("then why is the wrong information provided to the consumers is beyond my logic ").
After repeated calls to the customer care i was able to lodge my complain, but yet my problem remains unattended.

This not the first time when ifb has been poor in providing service post sale's of there product.
