I am customer of IFB, purchased washing machine in 2013. I lodged a complaint on Jan 28th 2016 from my registered mobile no.[protected] -Chennai to IFB-Customer care as water was not drained out after washing. After frequent follow-up, service engineer has visited my house and informed that pump to be replaced. Again started following up with the customer care then the technician replaced the pump after 15 days of his visit and then he informed that board is to be replaced. The technician who had attended has not properly analysed the problem. They are attending after giving many continuous calls to customer care. Local Service centre persons are not picking up the calls. We are very lucky If the call is connected.
With out rectifying the problem they cancelled my request complaint with out our knowledge and given another complaint no on Feb 26. Service centre informed that board will be replaced on March 4th 2016. From Jan 28 to till date we have been waiting for the solution from customer care. Till now problem is not solved. When we asked today again customer care informed that today they will raise another complaint no. What is the use of raising complain nos again and again without solving the problem.
