IFB Industries — Refrigerator not repaired despite many requests

I have a refrigerator from IFB company, one of the top end models that stopped working.
We registered multiple complaints for the repair and they even showed up.
They do not have one of the parts and later they stopped replying to our queries.
We have a white elephant standard right in rhe middlemof living room
