[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Refund issue

I have purchased 9.5 kg washing machine (surat, nanpura IFB POINT) through my icic credit card. i was told about no cost EMI and cash back offers on my credit card. machine got delivered at my home but did not fit at washing area at my home becoz of its size thats why i have to take smaller size i.e 8 kg machine. machine got fitted and working fine. but until today i didn't get the difference amount (i have paid for 9.5 kg machine but finally i took 8 kg machine) and emi also got deducted with interest ( that i told for no cost emi by store executive). i have asked for refund and emi issue several times at store but all in vain. i have called at customer care number but they did not register my complaint rather they gave me contact number of mr raj. i have called mr raj, he said this matter is related to account department and thats why he cant help. i hve tried all things but all in vain. if this is the way a reputed company behaves with its customer then its pathetic. i feel like cheated. i regularly asked for nodal officer contact number but nobody gave me number rather they just kept saying refund will come will come. i am also a business man so i also have not enough time to keep watching. i request to solve this issue within 1 week otherwise i will go to consumer court, i have all the calls recorded and i will also put up this matter on social media platforms and make sure that comany image get dented properly becoz pepole shuold know how company is harrassing its customers and how it is irresponsible towards customer grievances. i am attaching all the required documents and informations.
