[Resolved] IFB Industries — Refund of Rs.30990/- towards undelivered machines

Sir
i have Paid Rs.30990/- on 5.1.2021 for purchase of Serena ZXS 7Kg under exchange . But due to personal reasons on 6.1.2021 itself i have intimated Vidya nagar Hyderabad dealer for cancellation of my order. Dealer and Miss Deepa IFB Processing Manager (Regional) had informed the cancellation of the product and for initiation of refund amount to IFB Head quarters on 6.1.2021. But till date the refund amount was not recieved by me even after lapse of 90 days. Kindly look into the matter immediately and arrange for refund . I am enclosing here with copy of Invoice as attachment for your reference.

Updated by Madugundu vijayshekar i have complained on consumer complaints forum for non refund of Rs.30, 990/- to me by IFB towards undelivered product on 14th April 2021, till now issue not solved, only option left with me to approach legally for these thick skin nature of IFB
