The above mentioned Machine was repaired under warranty in June2020
for the rectification of error “Motor Error”. During the rectification of the mentioned error by the service technician machine developed vibrations while running eventually failing to run due to board breakage. Now the new error of display reads “communication error”. On 11/08/2020 the technician has diagnosed the error as board breakage due to vibrations in the machine. The Tiruvannamalai(Under CHENNAI Area) Manager with contact no.[protected] has informed that board replacement will be chargeable despite the machine being under warranty till[protected].
Now after complaint registration on National consumer helpline I got a update for chargeable repair. Damage to the machine was done by repair by untrained company service technician.
Even the machine warranty details with company are showing "warranty exists till[protected]." Completely hopeless customer service.
How can the customer be held responsible for the faulty repairs being done by the service technicians? The machine needs to be repaired under warranty.
We request you to direct the concerned service technician/Department to repair/replace the machine which is under warranty.
We have re lodged a complaint reporting the fraud on national consumer helpline. Expecting a resolution at the earliest.
