I have paid amount on Nov'2022 to a technician from Akshara Enterprise, siddipet, for one year AMC, and got receipt for same.
However same was not updated in online of IFB,
Recently my washing machine got damaged and need drum replacement, but the technician was insisted that it was not under warranty, hence the replacement is chargeable. I shown him the receipt of AMC payment but his was telling it must be come in online then only we will accept it for free service.
Last one month machine was not working. After paying for AMC also I had to suffer. I was keep on calling to customer care but no one giving proper resolution and keep on dragging.
