This s Manisha [protected]. Invoice no 44684 date 7/3/15.We had issue with our washing machine on dec 2015 we have placed complaint and the service person came home on 30th dec and opened the machine and went back without repairing it. For 1 week the machine was kept open and we called Priya ([protected]) service person of i f b called back and said we don't have drum for ur machine mam Pls do get a new one we ll return back u r AMC amount and give discount for the old machine better exchange was her response. We also said ok for her and got new one on jan 13th 2016 and she never called back we called her more then 100 times. Today when I again called her from my other no she picks and I asked her the AMC money she says leave mam just 3700. Is this a right way to cheat u r customer ?? This is the worst service I have faced. Can u pls check with u r service person and return our AMC money.
