Dear IFB Team,
I am quite very disappointing to say that you did not entertain my complaint Number#[protected] which i have registered on 29th July 2023 and since then we are being made fool by IFB service center associate by saying the replacement product is being transit and We will replace it immediately once it reaches our service center. We trusted them and waited till today. but i was surprised when i saw my online complaint status that was showing "cancelled" .
We are very disappointed by seeing such a response from IFB. However we request you to reopen my complaint Number#[protected] and resolve it as quickly as possible .
Complaint Description: My Washing machine is not spinning and service center associate declared that it is faulty and will be replaced as product is under warranty. Was this information helpful? |
