[Resolved] IFB Industries — regarding service of top load washing machine item code no.[protected], model no. tl-rdss 6.5 kg aqua. | |||
I have purchased the above mentioned washing machine on 09.07.2018 vide invoice no.[protected]. It is not functioning properly from 15.09.2018. I have raised a complain regarding that on the same day vide ticket no.[protected]. Ifb representative ensured me that service technician will visit shortly. But after 5 days no technician came or no communication has been done by them to me. After repeated communication with service centre, they provide the mobile number of mr. Palash (Service manager). Yesterday i have contacted to him (Mobile no.[protected]) over the phone but he did not attained my complain and misbehave with me. If your esteem organisation has that type of service managers then it is very difficult to get proper after sales service from them. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and take a proper action against mr. Palash. Was this information helpful? | |||
