[Resolved] IFB Industries — regular f5 error

O bought your dishwasher last year since then it shows a f5 error sign after calling the service centre the technician visited my place but he can't solve the problem. But now the situation of the machine is worst it never completes it's washing cycle. Now after calling your service centre they said they can't solve the problem some senior technician can solve that problem but no-one comes. I registered a complaint about a month back but i don't get any response. Don't know why you sell your products if you dont have the service of that product. Or you just want to make money by selling your cheep quality products. If someone is reading this from ifb the take your dishwasher (Khali dabba) back it is in warranty period and give my money back. Jun 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved There's nothing like very tricky about the dishwasher (F5) problem. The simple meaning is that water intake is not sufficient as your machine requires. It can be either low pressure of your water supply or (there's a part in the machine through which the intake of water is controlled it's like a container through which water pass) that container is blocked. The technician just replaced that part and believe me it's working fine. It's very good Machine 😆😆 And yah thumbs up to the (consumercomplaints.in) which helps me to resolve my problem 👍👍 IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
