[Resolved] IFB Industries — Repair of microwave | |||
I Have done the AMC for my microwave on 23 Nov 2019 .vide Book No 002215 and receipt number [protected] dated 23 Nov 2019 for Rs. 1770/- I have registered complaint number of time but your represented not visited. In spite of repeated requests your representative visited my house on 29 Oct 20 and raised a ticket [protected] and said i will carry out the repairs tomorrow but he did not turn till today. Now he is saying first renew the AMC than i will carryout the repair . and ticket has been closed i got the massage on 31 Oct 20. I do not understand how the ticket has been closed with out carrying out the repairs. It seems your company is charging AMC amount with out providing the services and making the customers fool. Please look into the matter and carryout the repairs on TOP PRIORITY.
