Its almost 3 to 4 months, I am rising the same compliant repeatedly but no proper response from customer support. After raising the compliant they have visited and said for board change, for that they said it will take 30 days. In between without any information ticket is getting closed. Again raised the same issue, this cycle keeps going on and on. In each visit they not even checking properly the issue, just in mins they will run out from the premises. Totally feed up with customer care calling almost 10 to 15 times in a month.
