[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Response of service center

Good morning i am eswari in Tirupur. I have purchased and used IFB front load washing machine. Water consumption complaint raised in my machine. I booked the complaint 15 days ago. Service people not responding. My machine insured also. Washing machine service center at tiruppur was very worst response. My complaint not resolve yet. Please take necessary action to resolve my machine complaint. I am an working women. I don't have time to wash clothes. I told all the above matters to service center. They gave me a worst experience for their service in every time. Many time i contact them. Bad experience always given. Why the company encourage this types of services and This type of workers?
