Today i found the rubber gasket of my front load machine had a minor cut and there was some leakage due to it. I immediately called ifb toll free number and requested for their spare part price which they denied giving.. Well they duely sent their technician who quoted an exorbident amount of 6748 which looked to high to me.. I of course dint pay.. Later after some time i again called their toll free number and again the call centre guy could not share the gasket price. Well he connected me to a technician who now quotes 3500 for the same. I seriously think these people are hell bent on taking their customer for a ride. I kindly ask u to provide justice to me
