[Resolved] IFB Industries — senorita dx 5.5 washing machine | |||
My washing machine is down for more than 1 month. I have lodged the complaint through customer care. Technician visited after lot of follow-up and stated that the pcb needs to be replaced. I took little time because the rates offered were very high. As no other option was available, i was forced to ask ifb nasik service centre. Almost 10 days got over and till date no confirmation on receipt of pcb. Upon checking with the service centre (10+ calls made) always they say that the company is not providing the parts on time and they do not have any control on it. If the customers are being treated this way.. I do not know, whether we should continue to use this machine or scrap it. Also they have a firm stand to buy the spares from them with added service charges of rs. 600 plus the spare part charges, even if the spare cost is rs. 200. Do not understand their logic and also do not understand if such policy exists then why they cannot equip their authorised service centre with all spare parts?
