[Resolved] IFB Industries — Serena dxs damaged front load washing machine replacement | |||||
I have purchased IFB front load washing machine Serena DXS from IFB centre, HSR layout, Bengaluru on 11/9/21 after payment.. The machine is delivered after two days against exchange. The installation person has come it was found that the washing machine is in damaged condition with full of water inside. It was appearing as if it was rejected product by someone and got delivered to me. I was told in a day that a new machine will get delivered from the warehouse. Since then I am making frantic calls to IFB showroom, HSR layout, Aradahana- Area service manager ( who stopped responding), Akash and Rajkumar from the warehouse team. A week has passed still i don't have the replacement. complaint ID- [protected] received yesterday from customer service team after several followups As this brought against the exchange, the old machine is taken away, my family have been put up to a lot of hardship and it is causing us huge discomfort with clothes getting piled up.
