[Resolved] IFB Industries — service agent not responding | |||
I have lodged a complaint regarding a problem in our ifb washing machine. The service agent checked the machine and asked us to change a spare. We have paid the money on 26/7/18 and the bill of which is enclosed below in photo. Service agent asked to wait for 20 days. We waited patiently. After waiting for 20 days i called the service men, but he is not giving proper response. He is not even informing when he is going to deliver that spare. So please make an arrangement regarding this or return my money back so that i can buy a washing machine from some other good company.
