Drum spring is broken / spoiled as per technician observation on 29.10.2018. Complaint reference ticket no - [protected] (Raised on 27.10.2018 1.48pm) On 1.11.2018 we received a notification stated our complaint has been resolved, meanwhile the customer care agency receptionist has called and informed me they wrongly closed the complaint without resolving. I understand that they are playing and give reply to the mentioned number [protected] as "no" to notify it was not resolved still. Now it is 11.11.2018 still no one returned and the concerned service representative attended ([protected]) and the receptionist who answering in the customer care no [protected] are giving contradictory responses.
