[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service for senorita plus | |||
I own a washing machine ifb senorita plus and have signed and amc with ifb industries limited for 2 years.In the past 2 months, since i shifted to bangalore, i have been having too many issues regarding the service from ifb. My recent ticket number is[protected] dated 22nd july. Every time i raise a complaint, the technician arrives (A different one each time) and finds issue with a different part. He goes back saying he will talk to the officials and get the part the next day. And everytime we need to make a dozen calls before the technician arrives. And ultimately he tells us there is another fault and he will talk to the officials and get back the next day. And the story continues…… Pathetic….. Disgusting………highly unreliable…….
