[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service not been done after intimating them many times | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a user of IFB washing machine since 2012 recently i have checked that its warrenty time is going to finish. So i called up IFB customer service for servicing my washing machine on 28th feb they told me that they will attend me in 48hrs but til now(3rd mar) none of the IFB service men visited me when ever i call them they are saying we have sent our service man but still now i didnt get any service man i have never seen a company giving such a poor service to there customers.They have really disapointed me i will never ever encourage my friends or family members to use this waste brand products(IFB).Such companies should be banned who try to bluff customers by false promises complaint no:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I am happy to say that ur service man has attended atlast but this could be happen before my complaint.By the way the service was very good thnx for IFB to respond quickly to my mail
