[Resolved] IFB Industries — Servicing for washing machine

I got AMC for washing Machine IFB in Dec 2019 for three years .I book complaint on 08.08.2020 for servicing, because machine is vibrate and sound . I called many time, and sent SMS to their Thane (Maharashtra) Area Manager on 25/08/2020, 01/09/2020 .but still not received any response and
call till date .
I request if IFB Industries is not in position to fulfill their promise than return my AMC amount so I can take service from any other agency .
