IFB Industries — Sir our washing is off before 3 months still not solve the problem anyone of them

Our washing machine is off before 3months no can response, still not resolved the issue..what can I do... please confirm...no one can resolved the issue only service executive will come to my home and see the machine and saying to me we have odered your equipment, but still not come washing machine actually machine is in under warranty.
