We purchased one ifb washing machine that’s spoiled before 3 months.. We called the ifb customer care and made complaints. But no response. Then we called the dealer in our area and informed to them. It’s almost 3 months over. But we didn’t get any response. I don’t understand what’s the purpose of ifb customer care india. Why your selling your product in india. If you don’t have proper customer care. Then what’s the use of customer care. What you will do your customer. Once your product sold you don’t care. Unfortunately i got a gift of ifb microwave also. I don’t know what’s going to happen. Please take care your customer if you cannot... Betters you don’t sell!
