We have an air conditioner purchased march this year, the stabiliser (Ifb product as well) had a short circuit and big splash and brunt smell during night while the a/c was switched off, complained through your customer service (Complaint no:[protected]) and the technician came, he removed the stabiliser and said he has nothing to do with the stabiliser and asked me to contact the shop ifb point in trichy, where i purchased the a/c, so i took the stabiliser to to ifb point from where i purchased the a/c unit, and they said the technician will come to my house and collect the stabiliser and replace it, so please let me know who does what and there is no responsible person representing ifb in this city trichy?
The first complaint is registered with your toll free number on 6th october, 2015, yesterday another technician came and collected the faulty stabiliser and when we asked when will you install it back he does not have an answer, the management of q - electronics ms. Rukmani is so rude at our calls to her and she is a hopeless creature, because of her we have to pull on with sleepless days at our home without a/c since more than two weeks, she is the one guided the first technician who came to attend the fault and she behaves as such she is not aware of anything when you talk to her.
We are very much frustrated with ifb' customer service since we are know what is a custeomer service with other range of products from lg with best of service at all times. Was this information helpful? |
