[Resolved] IFB Industries — stabilizer under warranty with proper warranty card dop to till validity date | |||
Dear team, I purchase a new ifb washing machine stabilizer on 7th sep-18 (Under warranty till 2021 as mention in warranty card) and during the installation when i ask for bill they said for service you can show this warranty card and get the service, now my stabilizer start giving problem then service man mr. Pawan -[protected] Asking for bill and said we cant give service without bill and your warranty card doesn't matter for us, If warranty card have no use or no value than why you guys are asking to keep in safe and show at the time of service, Also i want to know if stabilize directly coming /installation by company than why you have no data of installation and whats the reason. My washing machine is running without the stabilizer and in case if its short than who will responsible for that.
