[Resolved] IFB Industries — Stop working due to smoke getting and misbehaviour in function of operation

When we start the machine smoke started getting and immediately start tumbling instead of first getting water inside. complaint no.[protected] dated 30 june 2016 registered but no one turned up for service. repeatedly requested 4 to 5 times daily on toll free number but of no use. also provided local numbers in goa[protected] &[protected] no one is lifting since 30 june 2016. on 01 july 2016 got from toll free support person the service manager number in goa i. e. mr. shailesh, mobile no.[protected] but he is also not lifting. since last three days even after constant follow up no one responding.

After contacting them over help line numbers and also local numbers since 5 days, atlast resolved on 04 July 2016.
The problem rectified by service person within 5 minutes.
There was a short of cable and hence smoke used to come.
The short of cables separated and properly insulated by service person.
Washing machine working fine.
IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
