I have raised the complainant with IFB for washing machine on 10th Jan and techinician visited our house on 11th jan and confirmed there was an issue with part(dampers).
So he told he will indent the spare part and replace with in 4-5 working days. They didn't contact us later after 2 weeks as we didn't see any one come to replace the part. We followed up with service center team and they didn't respond to our calls almost for 3 days then they responded and said multiple times that technician will visit on tomorrow to replace the part.
That was not happened yet and it's almost a month since we raised the complaint.
