Hi,
This is Thameem Ansari one of the frustrated customer of IFB. I have bought IFB Senorita SX 1000rpm (Front loading) washing machine. Its still under warranty. On 13th Dec'15 the machine encountered an error message in the display. I have raised a compliant (Ticket1#: [protected]) on 14th Dec'15 by calling IFB Customer care. No one came to address the issue.
I have escalated to the Chennai branch manager Fouzia - [protected], but no use, no one came to service the machine. Again I have called the helpdesk and escalated to another level which is Darwin - [protected] but still same. So far no one came and addressed the issue but when I am checking today the ticket got closed without reason / servicing the machine. I want to know how come the ticket got closed without resolving????????
Today again I raised a complaint (ticket2#: [protected]) stating all the things. I really don't know how many times I have followup with this 2nd ticket. Its been a month still my complaint is unattended.
On 15th Jan'16, I have called up the customer care and again they have raised the Ticket3# [protected]. This ticket has also got closed without resolving.
One thing I want to know. Is there a Customer Service in place?
