Hi my name is Senthil I own a IFB top load fully automatic washing machine with an extended AMC as well. There has been continuous issues with the machine for the past three months. Whenever we lodge a compliant they take minimum 5 to 6 days for someone to attend the issues, many times they close the call without resolving the compliant and I end up relocking the compliant. they changed the panel board for two times now but still the problem persist. The worst part is they assign the call to some one and that guy make someone else locally to attend the call mentioning his came, the tragedy is they come with duplicate identity card as well. I happened to identify it by cross checking the security register at our apartment When we try to customer care they give the local region support but there is no proper response. I am sharing my latest service request number here which is open and see if anyone from IFB seriously concern about the company reputation contact me and resolve this. Compliant number. [protected]. I will never buy any IFB product in future and would suggest everyone the same as there customer service is pathetic.
