Dear Sir/Madam,
This has reference to complaint made by us regarding non-functioning of our IFB Washing Machine. The complaint was lodged on 21 July, 2016 [ Ticket No.[protected] ]. Since the date of our original complaint, we've contacted so many times but could get only fake assurances. Machine is still out of order. Moreover, the attitude of technical team is uncooperative and apathetic. Please do the needful, so that machine under complaint is repaired promptly and the pious image of well-renowned IFB may not be tarnished more.

I regret to inform you that washing machine under complaint is still out of order. As a result of my continuous approach after complaint ( 21 July, 2016 ), three different technicians visited our house on different dates, but with different opinions. No one could locate the exact fault or repair it successfully.
Technical staff is very incompetent and indifferent with the customer in trouble like me, not even attending the machine and even my telephone calls!
Once again, I would request you to please take a serious note on this complaint.
